AIS CLIENT SERVICES & FEE AGREEMENT

An AIS Expert Adoption Consultant will guide you through the entire adoption process from start to finish usually in less than one year. AIS represents the adoptive parents by providing education, referrals, advocacy, assessment & support services.

Clients of AIS will benefit in the following ways:

Education & Guidance regarding procedures, legal issues, the homestudy process and networking strategies.
Referral to agencies & attorneys which fit your budget & time frame in "safe" states where average placement time is 3 to 12 months.
Direct referral to specific adoption situations through licensed adoption agencies and adoption attorneys without any additional fees.
Insider's information on how to make it through the adoption maze.
Prescreening of sensitive background issues.
Lifestyle Presentation/Profile/Networking Letter preparation assistance.
Assessment of risks involved in birthmother situations.
On-going advice and guidance through your adoption process.

The $2,800 fee will apply to two private counseling sessions & telephone and email contact through the first twelve (12) months of your process. Continuing advice, guidance and direct referrals beyond the first twelve (12) months are available on a fee basis.

$2,800 SERVICE FEE PAYABLE AS FOLLOWS:

$400 application fee due prior to first appointment
$1200 paid at first appointment
$1200 paid at second appointment
Visa/MasterCard accepted

Due to our inability to reschedule others waiting for appointments, we require at least 48 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment.

Fee Agreement

We (I) understand this fee agreement and that fees are paid for services rendered, not for the placement of a child, and are non-refundable if we (I) change our mind about proceeding with adoption or become pregnant.
